A. Smut Sentence Starters

I'd be interested in using one of the below "Smut Sentence Starters" from this Smut 101 Tumblr post (also a great resource for writing smut in general) as a quick plot idea or prompt, especially if extensive planning doesn't appeal.

• I know you need help rehearsing your lines, but is the kissing scene necessary?

• You want to kiss me where/You want me to kiss you where?

• You haven't had sex in how long?

• Um...that’s not the remote you’re touching under the blanket.

• I would love to sketch you sometime. Only without clothes.

• Why don’t you undress me with your hands instead of your eyes?

• Just wait and see what I’m going to do to you once I get you alone.

• Get on the bed. You know the drill.

• You’re really going to make me beg for it?

• You want to have sex here? What if someone catches us?

• Let me show you why we should stay in bed.

B. Fluffy Smut Scenarios

I own none of the below plots; they are all borrowed from this Smut 101 Tumblr post, but I'd be interested in doing these as one-shots (or expanding them into a wider plot).

 

1 | Virgin Tales

• An experienced character wants to do everything possible to make his/her inexperienced partner’s first time relaxed, enjoyable and sweet. Romantic music, candlelight...the works.

• A young couple wants their first time to be perfect, so they plan every nuance of their evening down to what brand of condoms they’ll use. When the big night arrives, one thing goes wrong after the other; in the end, they realize that they didn’t need all that planning for their first time to be special.

• An unpopular boy/girl manages, against all odds, to go out on a date with the most popular boy/girl in school. When things get hot and heavy, he/she makes the surprising discovery that the popular girl/boy is actually a virgin, just like he/she is.

 

 

2 | Experienced Couples

• Your couple has been together for quite some time and the sex is getting a little too predictable, so your characters determine to spice things up by getting ideas from erotic movies, visiting a sex store, roleplaying, etc.

• Your characters have just gotten married and gone away to a private island paradise for their honeymoon. They spend their first night together as a married couple making love on the beach/in their honeymoon suite.

• Your characters have just moved in to their first place together and they’re eager to christen every room of the house.

• Person A wants to impress Person B by baking them their favorite dessert before B arrives home from work. B surprises A by coming home early and dessert ends up a little messier than planned.

• It’s the 1st year anniversary since your characters first started dating. One character re-creates the first date for the other, resulting in lovemaking.

 

 

 

C. Imagine Your OTP (One True Pairing) Prompts

I don't own any of the below prompts; these (and many more) all come from the Tumblr blog Imagine Your OTP.

• Imagine Person A of your OTP really getting attached by how warm Person B makes the bed when they fall asleep together/cuddle so when Person B comes home from some trip Person A yells at them because their bed was so cold.

• Imagine your OTP being teachers at a middle/high school. They’re really good friends (with the occasional not-so-subtle flirting) and their students see potential of them being a thing. Their students drop hints every now and then about how the other is single and there is no time like the present. Finally, during free period one day, Person A asks Person B out, to which they happily say yes. They try to keep their relationship discreet, but the students can’t help but notice how playful they start acting around each other and how bubbly they’ve become.

• Imagine Person A of your OTP trying to sneak into Person B’s shower, and then failing miserably because Person B likes ice cold showers.

• Imagine Person A coming home from a fight, battered and bruised. Although Person B is shocked and appalled by Person A’s appearance, they draw a bath for Person A and tend to their wounds. Person B worries about Person A, but Person A assures them they’ll be alright. They both kiss as Person B continues to tend to Person A’s wounds.

• Imagine Person A of your OTP being a doctor, and Person B constantly faking injuries so they can see Person A. (Bonus if they eventually end up making out in the office.)

• Imagine Person A of your OTP complaining about how cold they are. Person B suggests they curl up by the fire place with a big fluffy blanket. After a few moments of doing so, Person B begins to kiss Person A’s neck and bite them a few times. After Person A gets flustered and asks what Person B is doing, Person B says they’re warming Person A up. (Bonus if it leads to steamy sex.)

• Imagine Person A of your OTP being bilingual and, besides speaking perfect English, they always mutter something under their breath in their mother tongue. Person B secretly starts learning that language and it turns out that it’s a constant flow of praise/dirty talking/other nice thing that comes to your mind. Eventually, when Person A finds out B learned their language, they start to use it for talking dirty and get B flustered and/or aroused in public places. (Bonus points if there's an elderly lady that understands them and goes bright red.)

• Imagine Person A of your OTP struggling to stay awake, even though they are working to finish up something that is due tomorrow. Person B decides to buy them some coffee from the local coffee shop to help Person A stay awake, making sure to get all of the toppings right. Person B drops off the coffee, delivers a quick little kiss on the cheek, whispers a little incentive into Person A’s ear for getting their work done faster, and heads back to their dorm room/bedroom.

• Imagine your OTP laying together in bed after a long day of work. They wanted to spend a romantic evening together, but they both end up being too tired to do anything other than cuddle before falling asleep in each others arms.

• Imagine that your OTP felt that they’re at the end of their relationship, but wants to end in a spectacular note. They decided to host a break-up party. At the end of the party, they decided to have one last goodbye kiss, for old-time’s sake.
